Chef: San Lien Wu
Our chef selects Chinese food, which represent the various regions of China. He has more than thirty years of experience with cooking in some of the finest Chinese restaurants. In Taipei, he served with the Double Happiness Restaurant, Brother Hotel, and Ahuopa (Green Leaf) Chinese Restaurant.

Here in Memphis at the 1995 exhibit of “The Imperial Tombs of China,” Chef Wu was invited for the demonstration of the Arts of Chinese “Noodle Pulling” & “Fruit Carving.” Chef Wu is the only Chinese chef in Memphis that knows how to do the “noodle pulling.” Channel 3 and Channel 5 covered this event.
